The Nutritional Picture examines foods, drinks, artificial additives, cooking methods and other dietary factors, including sensitivities and intolerances, that can have a positive or a negative effect upon you. Over 150 items are tested. Results are given in the form of a chart with individual results highlighted. This makes for easy reference especially when put up on your kitchen wall or 'fridge door.
